- Qualification: Recognised law degree and three years of practice at the Bar.

2. Assistant Professor (General Medicine) — 60 vacancies

3. Assistant Professor (Anatomy) — 4 vacancies

4. Assistant Editor — 2 vacancies

- Qualification: Journalism or Mass Communication degree; alternatively the specified Economics, Statistics or English degree with a one-year journalism diploma. Three years of relevant editing and publishing experience are required.

5. Specialist Grade II (Anaesthesiology) — 1 vacancy

7. Public Law Officer / District Litigation Officer / Law Officer — 4 vacancies

- Qualification: Professional or integrated law degree and two years of actual Bar practice, certified as required in the notice.
- Eligibility: Exclusively for Ladakh domiciles. All four posts are ST; age 40 years for ST.
Application fee and selection
The fee is ₹25. Women, SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempt. UPSC may shortlist on qualification or experience and may use an interview alone or a Recruitment Test followed by interview. The schedule will be announced separately.
