Recruitment Overview
- Sub-Inspector (Fire) in CISF – Male is being filled through SSC’s 2026 Sub-Inspector examination.
- The full examination has 1,871 tentative vacancies across Delhi Police, CAPFs and CISF Fire.

Educational Qualification
- BSc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or Class 10 plus notified 3-year engineering diploma, by 30 September 2026.
- Candidates awaiting the qualifying result may apply only if they acquire the required qualification by 30 September 2026.
Age Limit
- 18–30 years as on 1 August 2026; born not before 2 August 1996 and not after 1 August 2008.
- Upper-age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, eligible Ex-Servicemen and other notified categories as detailed in the notice.
