Educational Qualification

Age Limit
- 20 to 33 years as on 1 January 2027.
- SC/ST: 5 years; OBC-NCL: 3 years; PwBD: 10 years (UR/EWS), 13 years (OBC-NCL), 15 years (SC/ST); Ex-servicemen and other eligible groups: as stated in CEN 05/2026.

Application Fee
- All other candidates: ₹500. ₹400 is refundable after appearing in CBT, less bank charges.

- Payment is online only. A ₹250 modification fee applies for each permitted correction.
Selection Process
- Single-stage Computer Based Test.
- Document Verification.
- Railway Medical Examination under medical standard B1.
- CBT: 100 questions in 90 minutes. One-third mark is deducted for each wrong answer.

- Choose one RRB carefully. Select CEN 05/2026 and the eligible paramedical post preferences.
- Enter personal, qualification, category and communication details exactly as supported by certificates.
- Upload the prescribed photograph, signature and documents.
- Pay the applicable fee online, review the complete form and submit it before 11:59 PM on 14 October 2026.
- Save the submitted application, registration number and payment receipt.
Check Before Submission
- Confirm the selected RRB, post preference, qualification, registration details and medical standard.
- Match name and date of birth with the Matriculation or SSLC certificate.
- Verify category, EWS, EBC, PwBD and ex-serviceman claims and keep valid certificates ready.
