Eligibility
Applicants should hold a postgraduate or higher degree in a relevant discipline such as Physiology, Management or another suitable field, with First Division or equivalent grade, and should have an aptitude for academics and research. Experience with government organizations, reputed research institutions or think tanks will be preferred.
Age: Candidate must be below 40 years on the date of interview.
Desirable Skills
- Research papers/publications in reputed journals
- Relevant domain certifications and business-intelligence tool certifications
- Strong written and spoken English
- MS Office proficiency; computer applications and data-analysis knowledge are advantageous
Main Responsibilities
- Support content development, research and delivery of trainee classes
- Provide academic inputs for national and international training programmes
- Assist with workshops, policy briefs, white papers and research publications
- Create iGOT learning content and coordinate with content-development agencies
- Collect trainer/trainee feedback and perform related duties assigned by NCA-F
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a written test and/or interview conducted by the designated Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
