MANUU Recruitment 2026 – 13 Caretaker, Cook and Helper Posts, Walk-in 7 October
Walk-in date and venue
The 30 September 2026 notice invites applications for thirteen short-term hostel staff posts. The walk-in is on Wednesday, 7 October 2026 at 10:00. Register by 09:30 at University Guest House, MANUU Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500032, Telangana. Late reporting is not entertained. Vacancies and eligibility
Six Caretaker posts are for women: three day caretakers and three residential caretakers. The three Cook and four Helper posts are open to men and women. Caretakers need graduation, computer proficiency, knowledge of Urdu and two years managing hostel/canteen/guest-house affairs. Cooks need 10th, Urdu and two years of institutional kitchen experience, with preference for North/South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking. Helpers need 10th and Urdu; relevant maintenance/cleanliness experience is preferred, not a stated two-year requirement.
Age, remuneration and tenure
The notice expresses a preference for applicants below 32, without setting a separate age cutoff or category-relaxation schedule. Caretakers and Cooks receive ₹25,200 and Helpers ₹20,675 monthly consolidated pay. The initial contract is 89 days, renewable according to institutional need and performance. Renewal and regular appointment are not automatic.
Form and documents to carry
Print the registration form on page three of the notice and fill the post applied for, identity, education, experience, Urdu knowledge, contact details and declaration. Provide two references who are not relatives, with contact numbers and email addresses. Attach a passport photograph and one self-attested set of age, education, experience and applicable category evidence. Bring the original documents for verification. Hand the completed form in at walk-in registration.
Selection and other instructions
Selection is by walk-in interview with document verification. The university may cancel the interview or decide not to fill positions.
