Jind Court Stenographer Grade III - 12 vacancies
Ad hoc appointment for six months or until regular appointments, whichever is earlier. Vacancies include existing and anticipated posts and remain subject to change.
Qualification and age
Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognised university, matriculation with Hindi or English, and computer proficiency. Age: 18-42 years on 1 July 2026 with applicable Haryana relaxations. Salary: Rs 25,500 consolidated monthly.
Selection
English shorthand at 80 words per minute and transcription at 20 words per minute on computer, with the notified permissible errors. A computer proficiency test involving word processing and spreadsheets is qualifying. Check the official schedule and conditions before attending.

- Prepare a plain-paper application with name, parent/spouse name, date of birth, gender, qualifications, category, correspondence address, phone, email and experience.
- Affix a recent passport photograph and attach attested qualification and category documents plus two self-addressed envelopes, each bearing a Rs 6 postal stamp.
- Send by registered post or hand delivery to the Superintendent, Sessions Division, Jind, Haryana. Mark the envelope: Application for the post of Stenographer Grade-III on adhoc basis.
Applications must arrive by 30 October 2026, 5 PM. Incomplete or late applications are rejected. Government employees must apply through the proper channel. No TA/DA is payable. Follow the court website for test updates.
