Eligibility, application steps and essential conditions
- Advertisement IITJ/OR(NF)/2026-27/64 is for regular non-teaching positions. Read the qualification, experience, category and age row for the exact post code.
- The two CSE technical vacancies are ST backlog seats. Relevant experience for Senior Assistant, Junior Superintendent and Junior Technical Superintendent must be in Government, autonomous bodies or PSUs.
- Register online, complete a separate form and fee for each post, upload clear qualification/category/experience evidence, submit and freeze the application by 30 October. Keep the generated PDF for the selection stage. NOC is needed for employed government candidates; grade-to-percentage proof is needed where applicable. Exact test syllabus and dates will be notified.

Qualifications and experience
- Assistant Registrar
Essential Qualification and Experience: Master’s in any discipline with at least 55% (or UGC grade ‘B’ on the 7-point scale), plus at least 5 years at a supervisory post at Level 6 & above, of which at least 3 years in a Centrally Funded Technical Institute - Counselor
Essential Qualification and Experience: M.A. in Psychology and Graduation in Psychology, 55% in both; 5 years of counselling experience including 1 year clinical in a Mental Health Centre plus 3 years as a regular full-time Counselor; preferably in an Educational / Counseling Center; good oral and written skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent is a must - Medical Officer
Essential Qualification and Experience: M.D. or M.S. in an appropriate branch of Medicine, OR MBBS with a PG Diploma in an appropriate branch plus at least 2 years in a recognised hospital, OR MBBS with compulsory rotatory internship followed by at least 4 years in a recognised hospital - Assistant Manager (ICT) – System Administration
Essential Qualification and Experience: M.Tech / M.E. / Master’s in an appropriate field (Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent) or Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Application, with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA on a scale of 10 points in the qualifying degree + 2 years; OR B.Tech / B.E.
