Scientist D - 2
Medical 1: MBBS/equivalent; Non-Medical 1: biomedical-sciences master's or recognized Pharm-D. Each requires 8 years' relevant experience.

Scientist C - 2
Medical 1 and Medical-Microbiology 1: MBBS/equivalent and 4 years' relevant experience.

Scientist B - 4
Medical 2 (UR 1, SC 1): MBBS/equivalent. Disease Modelling 1 (UR): biomedical-sciences master's or Pharm-D. Veterinary 1 (EWS): VCI-recognized BVSc & AH.

Application fee
Rs.1,500; SC/ST, women, PwD and EWS exempt.
Selection process
Computer-based test, interview or both. The research-methods CBT, if conducted, is qualifying at the 75th percentile.
Employment conditions
- Experience credit: PhD 4 years; MD/MS 3. Essential-qualification study is excluded; MPH/M.Tech gets no credit.

Qualifications/marksheets from matriculation; DOB, category/disability and experience certificates; photo/signature; employer NOC where applicable.
