Qualifications and experience

• AGM (Finance)
  Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
• Manager (Marketing)
  Essential Qualification: Minimum 2-year PG Degree / Diploma in Agri Business Management, OR M.Sc. (Agri.), OR B.Sc. (Agri.) with a 2-year PG Degree / Diploma in Marketing
• Manager (Finance)
  Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant, or MBA (Finance)
• Manager (HR & Admn.)
  Essential Qualification: 2-year MBA / Master’s Degree / PG Diploma (equal to MBA as per AIU) with specialisation in HR / Personnel Management & Labour Welfare, with minimum 60% marks; computer knowledge (MS Office) is mandatory
• Manager (Electrical Engg.)
  Essential Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Degree in Electrical Engg. or Electrical & Electronics Engg.

Experience requirements

• AGM (Finance)
  Experience Required (after qualification): 14 years in a responsible capacity, of which 4 years in a senior managerial position of a manufacturing unit with turnover of at least ₹500 crore. PSU/Govt. staff: 2 years in the scale ₹29,100-3%-54,500 (pre-revised) and above, OR 4 years in ₹24,900-3%-50,500 (pre-revised) or equivalent in a related field. SAP knowledge desirable
• Manager (Marketing)
  Experience Required (after qualification): 5 years in marketing / sales of pesticides, seeds or agri inputs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory / responsible role in pesticides or seeds
• Manager (Finance)
  Experience Required (after qualification): 5 years, OR CA (Inter) with 6 years, OR ICWA (Inter) with 7 years, in Financial & Cost Accounting and Internal Audit, with 2 years in a responsible role in Industry or PSU/Govt.
• Manager (HR & Admn.)
  Experience Required (after qualification): 5 years, with 2 years in a responsible role in Industry or PSU/Govt.
• Manager (Electrical Engg.)
  Experience Required (after qualification): 5 years in repair and maintenance of electrical plant and machinery, with 2 years in a responsible role in Industry / Private Organisation or PSU/Govt.; a valid Electrical Supervisor Competency certificate / licence is compulsory
