CSIR - National Chemical Laboratory invites applications for CSIR NCL MTS. This post covers 24: UR 11, OBC 7, EWS 3, SC 2, ST 1; horizontal HH reservation 1. Engagement: Regular CSIR recruitment. Location: Maharashtra.
Qualification and experience
10th / SSC / Matriculation or equivalent essential; 12th pass desirable.
Age limit
Maximum 25 years as on 4 November 2026; SC/ST +5, OBC +3 and other applicable relaxations.
Pay / stipend
Level 1: ₹18,000–56,900; approximate initial total emoluments ₹40,000 in the stated city category

Application fee
₹500 for UR/OBC/EWS; exempt for women, SC/ST, PwBD and ex-servicemen.
Selection process
Written examination: 150 questions, 450 marks, 2 hours; +3 for correct and -1 for incorrect. Sections: general intelligence 25, numerical aptitude 25, general awareness 50, English 50.
